        產品描述:

        Kd-MO系列光矩陣是一款可達288×288規模,可靈活配置輸入、輸出板卡的高性能的模塊化插板式矩陣系統。依據傳輸信號圖像無壓縮、無損失、不失真,傳輸信號過程高清實時、無延時的特點,實現真正“全高清”信號,輸出高質量的無抖動的信號圖像。產品系列分類Kd-MO系列光矩陣可分為Kd-MO1系列8×8、16×16、36×36、72×72中、小規模的光矩陣,與Kd-MO2系列144×144、288×144、288×288大規模的光矩陣。產品信號種類Kd-MO系列光矩陣的輸入、輸出板卡可任意搭配不同接口的信號發送器和信號接收器,包括3G-SDI、HD-SDI、SD-SDI、HDMI、DVI、VGA、YPbPr、CVBS信號。每一路的輸出都可自由選擇任何一路的輸入進行轉換、切換,且不會干擾其它輸出,分辨率可達1920×1200@60Hz,并且向下兼容1080p@60Hz、1080p@30Hz、1080i@60Hz、720p@60Hz、1280×1024@60Hz、1024×768@60Hz、800×600@60Hz等常見信號格式。


        Product Description:

        Kd-MO series optical matrix is a high performance modular plug-in matrix system with a max scale of 288×288 with flexible configuration of input and output boards. With transmission signal image no compression, no loss, no distortion, transmission process high-definition real-time, no delay characteristics, it achieves the real "full HD" signal, and outputs high-quality non-jitter signal image.

        Product Signal type,The input and output boards of Kd-MO series optical matrix can be arbitrarily equipped with signal transmitters and signal receivers with different interfaces, including 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, HDMI, DVI, VGA, YPbPr, CVBS signals. The output of each channel can freely choose any input to convert, switch, and will not interfere with other outputs. The resolution can reach 1920×1200@60Hz, and downward compatible with 1080p@60Hz, 1080p@30Hz, 1080i@60Hz, 720p@60Hz, 1280×1024@60Hz, 1024×768@60Hz, 800×600@60Hz and other common signal formats.



        產品工藝結構
        Kd-MO系列光矩陣具有領先的模塊化前后插板式結構,由科迪在國內率先應用。
        (1)FPGA陣列式純硬件技術架構:
        由于無硬盤,免維護,無操作系統,避免了工控式系統的死機、硬件沖突、藍屏以及計算機病毒侵入的問題;而且 啟動速度快(<20秒),穩定可靠,意外斷電不會造成設備受損,可頻繁操作開關機。
        (2)模塊化前后插板式結構:
        輸入、輸出板卡采用模塊化后插板式結構,可靈活配置不同的信號格式與數量;電源板卡、控制板卡采用雙電源、雙控制的冗余熱備份的模塊化前插板式結構,提高了設備的穩定性。
        (3)支持帶電熱插拔,在不經斷電和不改變布線的情況下,只需更換或增加板卡,即可完成在線升級、維護與擴容。
        (4)信號接口與信號板卡一體化,解決了虛焊漏焊等影響信號質量的工藝瓶頸,減少矩陣的故障點。
        (5)風冷降噪溫控的設計,大大提高了設備的穩定性。

        輸出板卡具有時基校準同步功能,在切換畫面的瞬間,盡最大可能保持畫面的完整,保證切換瞬間畫面無抖動,達到真正的“無縫”切換;
        提供多種通訊方式:RS-485控制、RS-232控制、RS-422控制和Ethernet控制;
        提供多種控制方式:外置專用面板控制和專用軟件控制;
        專用控制軟件,實時顯示輸入輸出工作狀態,并可進行倍線處理;
